Description
This is the Arabic word “Iqra”. The word “Iqra” is a command. It means “Read” or “Recite”.
It is highly significant since it was the first word of the Quran ever recited by the Angel Jibrael (Gabriel). It was an order to read the holy book (Quran) when Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was reluctant and said he does not know how to read.
